Kathmandu— Cai Qi, a member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee and president of the Party School of the CPC Central Committee, called on government officials to strengthen their theoretical grounding and improve their ability to perform their duties during the opening ceremony of the school’s 2026 autumn semester in Beijing on Saturday.

Cai Qi urged officials attending the Party School of the CPC Central Committee (National Academy of Governance) to deepen their understanding of core Party theories. He stressed that this theoretical learning should be translated into concrete action, enabling them to better serve the public and advance national goals.

Beyond theoretical knowledge, Cai emphasized the importance of ethical conduct for officials. He called on them to lead by example in demonstrating loyalty, integrity, and a strong sense of responsibility.
