Kathmandu— Israeli armed forces and settlers have reportedly intensified actions in Gaza and the West Bank this summer, coinciding with decreased international attention on Occupied Palestine. The developments are characterized by increased violence and policies described as genocide and apartheid. Hani al-Masri, director of the Palestinian Center for Strategic Studies, detailed these concerns to Mondoweiss in late July.

Heightened Violence And Policy Concerns

Reports suggest a significant increase in activity from Israeli armed forces and settlers within Gaza and the West Bank. This surge is described as a combination of genocide and apartheid policies, raising serious concerns about the situation on the ground.

Hani al-Masri, director of the Palestinian Center for Strategic Studies, spoke to Mondoweiss in late July regarding these developments.
