He described a naval “blockade” as “infallible,” stating that Washington determines which vessels are permitted access to Iran. According to Trump, no ships are allowed passage through the strait en route to Iranian territory.

Demands for Reparations

Trump also indicated that Iran had requested reparations and financial compensation for damages resulting from US actions. He stated his intention to reciprocate by demanding similar compensation from Iran for damages incurred over a 50-year period, suggesting both sides have grounds for seeking restitution.
