This year marks the 30th anniversary of the establishment of the China-Russia strategic partnership of coordination and the 25th anniversary of the signing of the China-Russia Treaty of Good-Neighborliness and Friendly Cooperation, according to President Xi Jinping's message.

Xi emphasized that the China-Russia comprehensive strategic partnership of coordination for a new era has maintained high-level development despite a complex and evolving international situation, with bilateral energy cooperation yielding fruitful results that have strongly promoted the two countries' common development.

The forum, held in Vladivostok, Russia, follows similar diplomatic engagements between the two nations, with Russian President Vladimir Putin also sending a congratulatory message to the event.
