Kathmandu— Chinese Premier Li Qiang pledged on Tuesday that China will work to address reasonable concerns of U.S. companies operating within its borders and ensure a fair competitive environment, according to the law. The commitment came during a meeting with a delegation from the Board of Directors of the U.S.-China Business Council in Beijing.

The meeting was led by Ryan McInerney, chair of the board for the U.S.-China Business Council. Premier Li emphasized China's commitment to safeguarding a level playing field and addressing legitimate concerns raised by American businesses operating in China.
Mutual Cooperation
Premier Li also called on both sides to work together, urging the United States to take concrete actions to address Chinese concerns. He highlighted the importance of implementing the outcomes from previous bilateral economic and trade consultations between the two nations.
