The handover ceremony in Shigatse marked a significant gesture of support, with the Chinese Embassy in Nepal stating that the aid shipment included specialized equipment such as Bailey panels, reinforced suspension rods, support frames, bridge decking, and I-beams, sufficient to assemble two Bailey bridges for Nepal's mudslide-affected regions.

The aid is expected to play a key role in restoring critical transportation infrastructure in Nepal's disaster zones.
