President Paudel noted that community radio stations have evolved into a significant force for positive change within Nepal. He stated that these radios have played a crucial role throughout various phases of political, social, and cultural transformation in the country. The President highlighted community radio’s effectiveness in safeguarding Nepal's multilingual and multicultural identity. Paudel also acknowledged the evolving media landscape, noting the proliferation of news sources on mobile phones, podcasts, social media, digital platforms, and increasingly through artificial intelligence.
