In other developments around the world, Moscow accused France of persecution after ordering the deportation of a Russian TV commentator. In Munich, an Afghan man was sentenced to life in prison for a deadly car-ramming attack. Sweden's court ruled that a seized Russian ship would be handed over to Ukraine, while Germany arrested a Ukrainian national suspected of spying on an arms manufacturer.

North Korea Fires Projectile

South Korean military sources reported that North Korea had fired an unidentified projectile, escalating tensions in the region. The incident highlights ongoing concerns about North Korea's missile activities and their potential impact on regional stability.
