Kathmandu December 26 .Minister for Foreign Affairs Pradeep Kumar Gyawali said border dispute with India in Kalapani would be resolved through dialogue. At a meet with Nepal Communist Party cadres in Tansen, Palpa, he said the government was competent to resolve bilateral border dispute through the means of dialogue. The minister shared the preliminary task of party unity process has completed. He informed remaining tasks in regard to party unity process will be finalized by mid-January. The government and party functioning would take pace once the completion of the party merger process, Gyawali added.
