Kathmandu January 2 .The District Court Sindhuli has convicted a 15-year boy of murder of a minor girl and slapped life imprisonment on him. The single bench of District Judge Kiran Prasad Siwakoti handed down the verdict against the boy who had murdered Chhalimaya Moktan, 13, of Ahale in Marin Rural Municipality-1 in Sindhuli in 19 September, 2019 after the girl refused his offer for sexual relation. According to the court, the teenager was slapped 14 years 10 months of imprisonment. The boy had murdered Moktan by strangulating after taking her in a forest nearby her house. The boy will be kept in a juvenile reform centre at Sanothimi, Bhaktapur till he reaches 18. Judge Siwakoti said that the murderer will be sent to the jail afterwards.
