Kathmandu— A landslide in Rakse within Kaligandaki Rural Municipality-2 has completely blocked the Kaligandaki corridor since this morning. Efforts are underway to clear the debris and resume traffic movement, according to the district police office.
Efforts To Clear Debris
A team led by Assistant Inspector Baburam Shrestha from Purtighat police post has been dispatched to the landslide site for clearing the road. Birendra Bir Bishwakarma, information officer and DSP at the Gulmi district police office, confirmed that efforts are ongoing to remove the debris and restore traffic flow.
